StretchBill offers a turnkey way for renters to pay over time - either an individual or a group paying together.  Configurable for a variety of companies, StretchBill is designed to differentiate property managers seeking more direct bookings.

StretchBill is different from other rental payment platforms in that it brings the ease of connecting to a renter’s bank account via their online banking login and password.  Here is how it works:

The renter authenticates to their bank and StretchBill verifies they are the account owner with adequate funds (minimizing both fraud risk and NSF risk)

First installment is processed

Future installments are processed using the same banking details per the StretchBill payment schedule

Each installment is deposited into a Stripe Connect account for the benefit of the property manager

After all installments have processed successfully, StretchBill sends instruction to release payment to property manager’s bank account
